Jesus crouched on his haunches and wrote something with his finger in the sacred sand of the temple.

Standing straight up once more, leaving his scribbling, he spoke:

Whoever is without sin, let him cast the first stone. . .

I am the light of the world. He who follows Me will not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.
John 8:11

from Scribbling in the Sand
by Micheal Card

Jesus didn't "preach" in a conventional way.

What is this writting in the sand, putting mud on blind eyes, cursing impotent fig trees?

Why?

Does He still reach out to people in these
unexpected
irritating
creative
ways?

How is He reaching out to me?

How am i reaching out to others?

God speaks. God moves. God is beautiful.
we respond. we create. we worship.
